About five months ago, I had a battery problem for the first time. My authorized service centre recharged my battery and returned it to me after I called. My battery began to drain once more after a month. I jump-started my bike before visiting the authorized Yamaha Udupi service. They charged my battery once again and assured me that they would replace it if the issue arose again, but after 15 to 20 days, I experienced the same issue. This time, they explained that the problem was with Bluetooth. After they turned off my Bluetooth and charged my battery, it started to drain once after 20 days. I went back to the showroom after that. I was informed that your battery would be sent to Yamaha to be replaced with a new one.
For the time being, we will give you a temporary battery. After 10 to 15 days, my temporary battery ran out of power. Now that even the temporary battery has been emptied, I assume the problem is not with the battery. The staff at the service center is unable to identify the precise problem and is also unable to reply. My bike has a manufacturing flaw, thus I need a new one.
