I have booked the FZ-X (Matt Copper) bike on 18th Dec 2021 from Moharir Auto, Nashik. At the time of booking the waiting period mentioned by the dealer was 30 days, which was known and acceptable to me. But now it's been almost 38 days after booking, still there is no confirmation on delivery or delivery status.
My biggest concern is on 24 Jan 2022, I visited the showroom for a delivery status update, but the dealer mentioned that now I have to wait for the bike till March 2022 ( though it's not confirmed as well ). As per discussion with the dealer the bike is not available and there is no news on FZ-X bike availability by Yamaha Motors itself, and this looks genuine to me as a showroom having all other latest FZ-S models released just in Jan, but not FZ-X.
I have also spoken with a customer care executive on yamaha toll free number, but from there also I didn't get any clarity on delivery delay. I don't know why this happened but I just wanted to know when my bike will get delivered, off-course March 2022 is not an acceptable delivery date.
Please look into this and let me know ASAP so I can make my further decisions. Also I tried to reach Yamaha support by mail, there is no response,
