[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — FZS OD02C2954 - Problem in servicing | |||
Dear Yamaha Team, I am K Dinesh holding Yamaha FZS which is registered on[protected], I have visited MRC Automobiles on 27/07/2021 with a problem of Chain broken, Front Break, Back Break, cluch Harden, problem but my problem was half solved and other things like Front Break, cluch and newly developed after serving is accelator problem which I have visited for solving the issue but neither mechanic addressed the issue earlier attended nor the showroom supervisor attended the issue and when I asked for complaint book they have provided the visitors book and asked me to write the complaint on that, which is attached as well. I have never faced such issues earlier. These people are behaving very unprofessional way and service center manager is also not present and his replacement is also not present. Kindly address the issue and with this I have attached the previous bill copy and complaint book copy of MRC Automobiles. Was this information helpful? | |||
