Yamaha Motor India — Had self start issue in Yamaha ray Z and service centre guys asked me to replace the battery

Hello Team, I had some self start issue with my Ray Z vehicle and service centre people told that its battery issue and asked me replace the battery. i went to local service centre and replaced the battery, but still my self start didnt work. when he checked he told that there is some loose connection problem and its not battery issue. and my existing battery would have come at least for 1 more year. service centre people made me to buy new battery without even doing end to end checking and without identifying what is the actual problem. They take service charge and other charges every time when we give vehicle for service, but they don't have time to check the vehicle properly. i guess they just change the oil, wash the vehicle and give. Even i had very bad experience with perfect riders bannerghatta road. I had a issue with horn in my vehicle they were not able to solve the issue. I stopped giving vehicle for service.

No started giving my vehicle for service lakshmi international. Service somewhat i am satisfied but now again my self start is not wirking they told me to replace sel motor. I am wondering how it can go so early. I was ready to replace but they dont have stock, si i am using kick start now.
