I met with an accident and gave my vehicle to Yamaha showroom for parts replacement on Dec 30 2016 then joined in hospital for treatment. I discharged from hospital, yet my bike didn't see the light of the day. January went and it's February 21. Yet I couldn't get my bike. All they say is that their place is under Renovation process. So I have to wait. Initially they told they will finish the entire process in 4 days. Meanwhile I called them many times, all they say is come now and collect. When I go there they say can I come in 2 days. This went on and on for 54 days. Today they told I can collect my bike in 1 hr. When I went there, they told they misplaced my bike keys. And they were asking me to look for duplicate keys. All these days, as I don't have biken i took taxis for travelling. I lost my money and my patience. I have all the documents supporting this statement, taxi bills and calls recorded. I wanna lodge complaint in consumers court as my dad himself is an Advocate, this would be the only solution I see now and ever.
