[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — ill behavior by the staff at the yamaha workshop,erragadda, hyderabad | |||||
I K.Pavan Asrith recently on 22/09/18 gave my bike for servicing at Venkatesha motors Yamaha service centre, Erragadda, Hyderabad, Telangana and they haven't washed after servicing saying that the washing motor has broken down and they have given me the commitment that they are going to wash my bike at any time during their working hours.So for that I have taken my bike for washing the very next week on 28/09/18 and they denied that there were many bikes to be washed after waiting for 15 long minutes breaching their commitment.So when I questioned them hardly and shouted at me back very rudely in front of other customers which was an insulat to me as a respectable person.Is that the way service staff behaves with their customers.Are they eligible to work and is this a kind of people recruited by Yamaha company.I really suggest my friends not to buy from Yamaha.Really disgusting behavior by the staff.
