This is a complaint against Yamaha authorized dealer ( Velocity Motors, Kolkata ). I bought Yamaha Fz-s from Velocity motors. The cheque for the following bike encashed on 8.10.2015. I took the delivery on 12.10.2015. At the time of delivery, I got challan and invoice only. More than one month over, till now, I didn't get my bike insurance and registration paper. The first servicing of my bike getting expired by 20.11.2015.
I, therefore, request you to take immediate action against dealer so that I can get my papers as soon as possible. The invoice details given below.
