Purchased Yamaha Aerox 155 scooter from Shelar Yamaha Pune, and got the delivery in July 2022 with all documents.
Got letter from the bank in August that the insurance on the vehicle is terminated because the dealership failed to make the payment. Contacted the dealer hundred times, have not received any proper response.
Vehicle is now 3 months old and has been out of insurance for more than half the period.
