[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Irresponsible and worst service station name sakshi motor (Nerul, navi mumbai)

Dear sir/madam,
I visited sakshi yamaha nerul (Navi mumbai) on 12th may and booked fz25. Initially i have given 5000/- as booking amount and said balance amount will pay in cash in the time of delivery. On 20th may they asked me to pay the full balance amount and said after full payment they will give my vehicle after few days but never mentioned the confirm date. Feeling uncertainty i cancelled the booking and that time i have been provided a cheque which was rejected by the bank saying that the account from where cheque belong to has no balance. I raised this issue to sakshi yamaha and within 2 minutes they have transferred the fund to that account and i got my refund.
Then i bought fz25 from vans motor nerul and on 9th june 2017 my vehicle registration and passing has done and after that i have told by the vans motor to
Visit sakshi yamaha service station to start techno meter and speedometer. When i visit sakshi yamaha service station the failed to do so as i found they ware not trained they ware talking over phone for instruction to do the job. I have been told it will take 1 hour to solve the issue. After 1 hour i came and see entire parts of my fz25 is open and i have been told it will take 1 day to resolve the issue as they ware unable to understand the wiring and continuously asking someone regarding the the troubleshooting of the fz25. After that i have inform to vans motor regarding this and they said to comeback from there with the bike so that they will take it to other authorized service station to open the speedometer. Now when i ask the technician of sakshi motor to give back my vehicle they said vehicle is not starting as sensor is damaged. Now it is new vehicle and before taking to authorized service station it is in running condition after mishandled by service station staff it is in dead condition. They said it will take 4 days as sensor has to import. Now from friday it is with sakshi yamaha service station and not getting and positive reply from them.
This is my first vehicle from yamaha and the experience i have gained so far is horrible and not expected from a brand like yahmaha.
