[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — issue with new fascino

Dear yamaha team,

I had purchased fascino from your vadodara nizampura branch in the month of july 2017. Now the back wheel of the vehicle is getting very hot after a drive. Average of the vehicle is coming to less than 30 kms per hour. Back wheel is getting too hot during a ride. Please suggest what should be done. Showed to your nizampura service center 02 times but they are not at all resolving the core issue saying all false statements.

Please suggest how should the issue be resolved. Who will be responsible if a fire occurs during driving due to the hot wheel issue or if anything happens due to this issue & if something happens to us.

I opted for yamaha as yamaha is a good brand but this type of poor services & ignorance of customers by your authorized dealers in vadodara gujarat.

Please treat this issue as most urgent & give me a suitable solution as this type of issues are due to technically reasons and poor manufacturing.

Hence please take back the vehicle & refund me the full amount.
