I have purchase a bike from yamaha Modal FZS V3 at 2 Jan 2020 from Sawhney auto center Rajapuri secter 3 Dwarka New Delhi. Onwer name is Ashu Chauhan.
My concern is upto 2 month is passing out to purchase my bike but i don't have no number or number plate of my bike and no others document are provided till now. I have only sale latter and insurance.
No buddy give proper resolution of this issue.
As per government rules you don't have ride a bike in delhi without number after 40 days but i have purchase it before 2 month.
Please tell me its issue on all yamaha bike or same issue faced in particular service center.
If I has some miss happing of my bike than i have no document to raised a complain or claim. And yamaha not provide number of my bike till date. When i call to service center then he will tell me that, Right now our server is down. And we will provide number or other document after some time. But till now no buddy reply me. I also a network person and i know that what is meaning on server down at 2 month.
Please reply on this mail because i have raised a complain more then 2 times but there is no reply from yamaha side.
And please solve my problem. I don't suggest any one to buy a yamaha motorcycle to see this incident.
Ple solve this or i have no choice to take a legal action from yamaha company. Owner name of this bike is Ashu Chauhan. . Was this information helpful? |
