Dear team, I've received a very poor & struggling service from an authorization dealer of Yamaha. Discussed the same with 'Suvi' from customer service over the phone, Kindly share the same with Suvi & ask her to help me on high priority. Also she asked me to hold my complaint to consumer court & asked a chance for Yamaha to help, so kindly prioritize Yamaha's help as am already struggling with your vendor. Vehicle delivered without Registration No. after 20 days of delay, without Insurance, Documents, Tool Kits, Free Service coupon book with Guarantee certificate & Battery Guarantee card. Am afraid that, the vehicle was delivered to us without Regn No. & Insurance. .. . . . . Hope Yamaha would take responsibility if in case vehicle is stolen / lost.
