My bike was in condition to get some engine work since it was not taking the self. I went to above mentioned service centre and asked them to fix the bike, they checked and said that they do not have parts available and it will take a week or so to get the parts and side by side they have asked me to get the bike service and it will fix the problem temporarily, so i went ahead and asked them to get the service done and they asked me deposit advance money for the reaming bike parts which will take a week or so.

I paid rs2377.00 + rs 5000.00 (Advance deposit) and its not been more than 15 days of service and guess what my bike engine seized yesterday and cherry on the top they still do not have complete parts yet.

I went to service station and they guys were helpless. So pathetic environment.

I want my full refund of rs 7377.00.

I swear if i do not get the refund of full amount than i am gonna file a case against cheating with customer for the service promised.

They asked me wait till 19th May'17 which i did now its high time. Nobody has responded even the Higher Management is doing nothing.

I will not suggest any of my friend or relative to go for any product of Yahama.

I bought a Yamaha fascino on March 31st 2017 from Rajpal Yamaha in Pune.
The showroom now has closed down and we have not got the vehicle number the tax has not yet been paid and its been almost 2 months.
