Dear Sir/Madam, This is a complaint with regard to the servicing of my motorcycle (Yamaha R3), (KL-11-BC-2219) at (Shinrai Automobiles (P) Ltd. Maradu, Kochi, Kerala). The motorcycle was given for service on[protected]. It was found that some staff were involved in riding the motorcycle for no reason concerned with its service. The incident involved two Yamaha R3 motorcycles where they were driven arrogantly and with utter negligence of traffic rules and speed limits. Predictably one of the motorcycles crashed (not mine). News articles and photographs of the motorcycles (with registration number clearly visible) appeared online and in newspapers in subsequent days. This has caused a lot of inconvenience personally.Where by the incident caused to tarnish my reputation over the riding community and defaming me to a reckless driver. The incidents will also affect my motorcycle’s resale value. Monetary compensation for the above has been requested from the service centre. Kindly see to it that the compensation is payed and the necessary action taken against the concerned service centre so that such incidents do not happen in future.
