Yamaha Motor India — MSP MOTO WORLD WORST SERVICE + NEW VEHICLE DAMAGE | |||
For my new vehicle, A Yamaha Aplha, which was due for a second free service last month was given to MSP motors, Banashankri, Bangalore and below are my complaints: 1. First of all my vehicle(brand new) was mishandled 2. The service station took 2 days to return my vehicle and did not have the courtesy to call me, I had to call many times to confirm when the vehicle will be ready for delivery 3. The vehicle had scratches all over the rear metal body which were non existent when I submitted the vehicle 4. The engine vibration got very intense and at a speed of 45-50 the vehicle started vibrating like its 10 years old in condition 5. The headlight got very low illumination post service resulting in problems during night driving, it was not the case before the service. I suspect the light electrical system was replaced by an old spare 6. The battery got dull impacting the vehicle electronics and the service station refused to own the impact. Again, I suspect that the battery was replaced by an old spare. Finally, looking at my 2 months old vehicle that now looks 2 years old, I sent an email to Yamaha India to which they responded at first and the MSP guys called me but with a very rude tone. I requested them to take the vehicle and service it properly and delivery it when it is in good condition. After this I sent a second email to yamaha India complaining about the rudeness and the vehicle damage to which I have not received a response yet. Today(feb 2), after 4 days two random workshop guys came to deliver the vehicle and in the attached photos you can see hoe miserably they treated my new vehicle. The black portion of the body is fully scratched for which the workshop guy immediately blamed me. The are gaps at the point where the metal body joins the black polymer body clearly indicating parts being replaced from the original set. To stop ENGINE VIBRATION they have put 2 sided tapes in the side lights saying that this is to stop the vibrations while its an actual issue they have caused to the engine. They have also damaged the seat cover for that matter. I am really frustrated by this mistreatment to the vehicle and regret buying a Yamaha vehicle. The people at MSP are rude and worst people one can encounter, the workshop guy blamed me saying that I gave the vehicle in such pathetic condition. Please take the necessary action, and get my vehicle to its actual condition that I had before the service or I will have to take some necessary step, un-forcefully. I am not happy about they way they are treating me and my vehicle. I will not rest till this is addressed. Was this information helpful? | |||
