[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — new motorcycle tyres both wheels are damaged

I have bought a yamaha fz150 on 14/6/2019. On 13/9/2019, we noticed that both tyres mag wheels were damged. All the details of the damage were given to the company, dealer, initially dealer asked us to get it repaired from outside, however on our insistence they said they will do it under insurance. When we insisted that since it is only 3 months how can wheels get damaged? The company was of the view to contact the dealer only and we have nothing to do about it. Despite reminders they stuck to we have nothing to do about it let the dealer decide. I would want that such a reknowned brand is so customer unfriendly. Invoic no. Updated by Kishore Jaimalani I hv asked co. To replace both mag wheels free of cost on their own and not under insurance. I have sent co. Atleast 5 emails still response is talk to dealer and who wants it done under my insurance cover and not free of cost to me
