Dear sir,

I have purchased yamaha bike model no - fz16v2 on dated 22/10/2014 from shaym moters jagraon showroom. But they have not provide bike rc. Bnow this showroom has closed. My all payment has clear but still i have not recv my bike rc.

Request you to provide my bike rc.
Pls. Find the attachment my bank statement & bike documents.

I hope you close this mater asap & revert.
