[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — not responding to the customer | |||
From, koramangala bangalore, i had gone to the showroom (Perfect yamaha showroom koramangala 6 block) on 15 of february approximately 11 in the morning to buy a new vehicle and also to exchange the vehicle which i have, there was a executive i asked him about the details for exchange but he said the valuation person and the loan person wasn't available so they sent me back and again i went back yesterday and the said the same thing that the valuation person is unavailable, they said that he will come at 1 pm and again i went at 1pm even then they did not come and i gave my no telling that once he come please do call me but till this time i have not received a call from them. Is that a place for selling vehicle or is it kept for exhibition?, is this the way they deal with customer? Very poor and worst customer dealing service. Was this information helpful? | |||
