Yamaha Motor India — Paint peeling issue

Hi Team,

I am one your customer who bought the yamaha bike from Tamil nadu, Trichy SS yamaha. I been facing the paint peeling issues it is already raised the complaint to the same show room. I have done a multiple follow up with this particular showroom. When ever I approach them I am getting surprising answer from them. When I approach for the first time they said paint got peeled of because you washed your bike in other water wash station. That was so surprising so they are trying to say that yamaha makes such worst quality to the customer. But I don't believe that because I been a yamaha customer from 2016.

I am so surprised with the another answer it's been a month almost over. Still they haven't created any complaint or case number for the concern what I raised it. When I checked with them they said the service manager or engineer who is in charge is on vacation team please do tell me are you guys are entitled to entire month leave wow I appreciate such policy what you have got may be I should be approach you for my work. Any can I get a appoint with such busy service engineer Mr. Kirubakaran.

I am completely trusted with such unfaithful, worst, irresponsible behaviour of SS Yamaha and Service engineer Kirubakaran. If you can't help the customer why do you want to give commitments to the customers. I have already raised the concern in yamaha website it is useless. I have enclosed the chat with concern person who is responsible in SS Yamaha. I demand an explanation via email from your end. If you can't help out for that I need the explanation there is no response from your team for that as well I need an explanation.
