[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — pathetic and worst service by yamaha pearl and bad and irrespectful response from manager of pearl yamaha service centre and staff | |||||
Complaint on pearl yamaha service cnetre I met with an accident on january 28 i gave my bike for servicing in pearl yamaha on that day they checked and said few parts are damaged and it should be replaced, i said okay please start the work. After 15 days they said service is complete, when i went for a test drive worst service made to my new bike No brakes not at all working Same some bad sound from bike When i asked y this sound and brakes are not working they took my bike and they hit my bike disk plate with a big hammer and they gave for a test drive again. Then the sound is still there and brake is not up to the mark it's some how working normally but it's a disk brake it's not working properly. When i asked y u didn't replaced this disk they said u didn't said to replace when i gave my bike for service on 1st day they gave list of the parts should be replaced on that day, after service they shouted on me saying that u don't know how to talk and u have to say the problems on your bike not us. The manager mr. Jagadish was too rude and the boy who serviced my vehicle. All of the service people where shouting reverse. When i took my brother he said he will complaint to yamaha then they said don't worry we will do some thing and come after 4 days. Is this is the way yamaha staff treat us we are purchasing vehicle by investing lakhs and u people giving very poor service. Please respond to this and give justification.
