[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — poor sales coordination & no replies to customers | |||
Dear Sir, I, Rajesh Ashok Kandhari have purchased an FZ 16-fi Red color from VRB Automobiles ( My Yamaha). On the 21/06/2018. For Rs.95, 000/- cash down payment. Firstly i was delayed in getting the registration number. Before taking the delivery of bike I wanted a butterfly shape leg guard. Since 2 weeks I am been just kept on hold saying that order is placed, today I landed in the showroom checked with the sales guy he didn't knew anything, so he called the other sales guy akshay. He said I have no idea.. for which I was in regular contact with akshay. They are just trying to fool with me.
