[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — poor service and service manager talks very rudely | |
I wanted to replace the small part of yamaha r15v.3 but the service center keep on saying part is not available and they have order the part. It been 3 week but every week when i visit the service center they say they are not aware about the part replacement so will order now. I have got same reply thrice until i spoke to service manger & the best thing is service manager says that customer might have not asked for replace part. Please look into it as after purchasing bike i think i have made a mistake & will not advice anyone to buy it... from Swastik Auto Ulhasnagar. Was this information helpful? | |
