[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — poor service at showroom | |
Hi.. A few months ago i bought a yamaha fasino model from one of your authorised dealer linga motors at palanganatham, madurai (Tamil nadu). Staff at show room was very rude and they are not responding properly. Very poor customer service. I’m very unsatisfied with the service. Moreover i bought my bike at that mela only on 25.02.18. Many offers were announced at that mela. But i have not received the announced offers yet. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated.
