[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Poor service Not providing assured accessories | |||
Morning visited linga motors madurai for service of my new fascino.Staff was very arrogant. I bought new fascino on August and was assured free accessories. While taking the scooter only they are saying about the unavailability of mobile charger . Even after 3 service they have not provided it . Today when asked they're not responding properly.Being a bank employee I am unable to take bike at prescribed time. When inquired last time they assured me home delivery after service but today they are becoming angry when raised the request. I am a yamaha customer for more than 10 years and I was really aggrieved to receive such response. Was this information helpful? | |||
