[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — problem faced at yamaha bike service center. | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased the bike from thane aim yamaha showroom on jan 2018 and everything was ok until then. When i visited yamaha service center in thane (Kothari compound) for first service on 17th feb 2018 and it was a very bad experience the service center guy mr. Hemant took my bike at around 11:00 am and told me the servicing will be done by evening, when i asked him can you do it little faster i. E, around 5 o' clock he arrogantly answered no will give you at 7:00 pm in the evening as i was having some work i took my bike the next day i paid the money and took my bike, the problems reported were such as i have reported engine switch off problem i. E., engine gets switch off in middle of the road and again i need to start the bike and move further. Now i visited the for 2nd free service on 7th april 2018 in yamaha service center this time there was mr. Sandeep to attend me i reported him the the problem faced. Below listed are the problems reported. 1. Engine gets switch off automatically while driving the bike. 2. Tail light does not glow. 3. Facing problems with average. After reporting the problem he created the job card and informed me to come in the evening around 7:00 pm again i requested to give the bike by 5:30 pm this time this guy was polite and he told he will try his best to give the bike by 6:00 pm again as i was having some work i visited the next day 8th april 2018 at 2:00 pm. Firstly they asked for the money and gave me the invoice of rs. 1186, when i asked for the details for charging the this high they were not having any details and just informed me that the bill was wrongly generated and changed the bill to 700 rs, now if i have not asked they would have charged me extra 486 rs for nothing and they did'nt even take pain to explain the details in the bill after giving the same. After paying the 700 rs i asked for bike they took me to the bike which was yet not serviced i. E., even after more than 24 hours the bike was not serviced. When i asked the reason again the service center guy mr. Hemant said that servicing is done it is just remaining for washing and arrogantly said that will wash it wait and he was having his lunch ignoring me. When i said i have to move urgenly and you have yet not washed then what proof do you have that you have serviced my bike he again arrogantly said "lunch nahi karu kya tera gadi karta hu bola to karta hu rukh thoda time" and said "servicing ho gaya hai tujhe bata hu kiya ke nahi wo". I informed him to give my bike on urgent basis and dont wash it will report these problems faced he again said "haan ja jo karna hai wo kar". Now they gave me my bike fzs fi in the condition which was even more bad than the bike before giving for servicing. I checked the problems that i have reported. Below are the comments for the problems reported. 1. Engine gets switch off automatically while driving the bike. Checked driving the bike and it still gets switched off in mid of the road no change in driving experience. 2. Tail light does not glow. I checked the same and found to be not working and when i asked the service center guy he told that is pending and changed the bulb in front of me. 3. Facing problems with average. Need to yet check the problem regarding the same and will check and give the feedback. Even the reported problems where not solved what have they done in servicing and charged me 700 rs. This is very disappointing service from yamaha. I will not prefer not to own a yamaha bike not because the bikes are faulty but because of the service center problems and the behaviour of the service center staffs on customer.
