Some false checkings and as expected, started blaming me for the installation and said I wont get any warranty.
How can they even start repairing and checking without a job card when My bike was due for 1st servicing?
After my argument, they forced me to come on my 1st servicing date on 29th July and they will get it further checked and prepare their storyline to defy me my warranty claim.
Now on the 1st servicing date, they are deliberately trying to pushing me to pay 14000/- for headlight replacement and I have no other option to raise this complaint and raise the issue to MD, CEO of YAMAHA and consumer forums for justice and take strict actions against the dealer. I have talked with Mr. Arka Sarkar, Manager but all discussions going in vain.
They deliberately tried to sell me a defective piece without any checks and now they are trying to cover up their misspelling by blaming me on false grounds. This dealer has got a lot of complaints against their salespersons and I am the latest victim. Their rude indecent behaviour is forcing me to raise this complaint and go to higher forums for justice.
