[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — quality issue on spare parts recently changed with yamaha | |||
Recently i met an accident on bike yamaha r15v3 got impact on front alloy so in showroom they changed brand new alloy (29.03.2019) i taken vehicle from showroom but after a 26 days (25.04.2019) i find some uncomfortable in front wheel while driving a vehicle so check the front side suddenly i have noticed that alloy got bend without any impact immediately i informed regular service center (Sri motors - kattupakkam) and met service manger in person mr. Bala he is said that again we can claim an insurance to solve the issue but i'm not satisfied with the product, spare and service only 7 months ages my bike but till today i have faced many quality issue with service and spares. I think its all in your system here i'm mention the issue i have faced 1. Speed o meter issue - i sent email and you accepted the problem change the speed o meter 2. Paint peel issue - same thing happen 3. Two month back faced heat issue again i sent to service center they said coolent oil leaks at radiator - without any impact it happened - i have fight with showroom and changed the spares Now alloy problem see the quality of the great yamaha, really fed up with it only 7 month ages bike but almost 4 to 5 went for the service center for this quality issue. Even all service are doing with authorised service centers only now use of it spending more money than the market and doing a service or change spare at authorised yamaha service centers, Very poor service and spare quality you are saying we are providing genuine product but result is null Was this information helpful? | |||
