Difficulty in vehicle : Vehicle stopped while driving.

Present Status of the vehicle : Vehicle is at the garage for the past 17 days
I gave my Yamaha fascino 125fi (TN11AS1717) to get the paid service done at yamaha showroom (sri motors, valasaravakkam, chennai) on 27/01/2022
I received the vehicle on 29/01/2022
The very next day 30/01/2022 when I was driving the vehicle it automatically got off
I tried by both automatic start and kick start, But I couldn't start the vehicle, In the nearby mechanic shop they just opened the seat in front of me and showed the uncleaned dust inside and asked me to take it to the service centre itself as I did the service the day before
I paid Rs.2112 for the service. But its of no use.
The vehicle stopped in the midway of a bypass road near porur on 30/01/2022
As it was on sunday, i couldn't contact the service centre
The next day on 31/01/2022 I contacted the manager at Sri motors valasaravakkam and told the issue. He sent the mechanic and took the vehicle to the service centre
I was constantly asking for the updates for about a week. There was no proper response, They just said they were checking for the issue
There were no updates for about a week inspite of me asking for everyday.
After a week they said there is some problem with the engine, some bend in the crank etc
because of the flood before 2 months (they told ) and asked me to claim the insurance, with a estimate of Rs.17749
I couldn't claim the insurance because, they told me that during the time of service they found some water mixed with the engine oil So they drained it and changed the oil. This was not informed to me in prior. Even after the service they didn't inform me this. They told me these after asking me to claim for insurance
During the insurance survey, the surveyor couldn't find any watermarks as the service centre person drained it before without informing me.
They should have checked and informed me in prior that if there is any change in sound of the engine or watermarks. But nothing was intimated to me during the service
If there is any problem with the engine they should have informed me during the service itself. How come the problem will arise within a day after service.
This is not fair to ask the customer to pay a huge amount the very next day of the service
The vehicle is in the same service centre till today, its been 17 days from the date of the issue not being solved
The service manager doesn't even attend the call for any enquiries. Every time i have go in person to get the updates till today 17/02/2022
If these things happen then what about the vehicle warrenty and stuff
It is a hectic experience. I want yamaha to look into the issue and get a proper service done for the vehicle
Herewith I have attached the bill copy of the service,
Dust inside the vehicle after the very next day of service,
And the Estimated amount given by the service centre to claim the insurance
