[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — R15 v3 Rear tyre problem and Dealer's worst experience and interaction | |||
Hi, My self akash bc, I recently bought R15 V3 motorcycle from yamaha dealer.After two months of buying air was leaking from the rear tyre and I asked dealer for the replacement of tyre from warranty.They agreed and gave me a used tyre for temporary use for my new R15v3 just 2 months old then and they took 15days time to claim warranty and after 15 days they told still 15 days and after that still 15 days like that it's been 3 months now and now they are saying we had gave you the tyre and it's over like this they always had issues from almost all customers when I go for the service.I think they are cheating the customers Please take action on this dealer, dealers name Vijaya motors Shimoga (D) Karnataka (S) Worst response from manager also please take action on the dealer and also get my issue solved iam just asking to claim warranty nothing more...
