[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — R15 V3::Wheel paint removed

Front wheel paint was removed of my R15 V3 racing Blue bike in 4 months from purchase and used for 2400kms only.
It seems I was sold defective/assembled bike, not the brand new bike from the dealer Platinum motors.

Request you to get my money back. I don't want to continue the relationship with Yamaha Motors.

Below is the dealer address where I bought the bike and attaching the photos of Dealer showroom and bike front wheel photos where paint was removed after the bike servicing at Platinum motors.

My issue is not resolved and still I'm not getting any proper response from Yamaha team. It's being 2months since I raised this complaint but no one is serious on customer complaint. Kindly help with the process to lodge complaint in consumer court.
