Yamaha Motor India — R15M Radiator fan

I have submitted my bike for the servicing and while taking the delivery i asked them weather all the things are good and i also mentioned that i asked u to check with radiator and fan too did u check they said nope but i asked them to check before submitting thr vehicle for service they said ok at that time but while delivery the said they didn't so i asked them to check infront of me so that i cold also know what happened and they said the fan is not working and i needs to be replaced with a new one but it was working before the submission of bike. now i'm asking them replace the fan bcoz it was working before submission for the service. I need help with this.
