Yamaha Motor India — refund of advance money | |||
I visit in divine motors yamaha (Amritsar) in[protected] and i was planning to buy razyr at that time so salesman person suggest to give some advance money due to booking of bike. Later on we change the mind to buy vehicle and we were not getting the receipt at home. We thought we misplaced so we not claim. But in dec'17 i found my receipt and visit yamaha store for refund of advance money rs. 500. At that time first he denied to say its became too late for refund then he given me time one week. Later on i contacted on phone every time he given excuses and give me time next 10 day and commit problem will be resolved. Its not matter of 500 but the thing is customer advance money how they can denied. I have recording where person given me excuses which is so not acceptable for reputed company like yamaha. There is nothing mention time limit on advance receipt. My receipt no. Is 1648 dated[protected] and contact no is [protected] kindly take action and solve my concern Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm not satisfied with the behavior of the lady present in the gate who stands here for not entering the customer to the service room. She is very non-sense fellow and doesn't know how to behave with the customer. The service mechanic and system for servicing is very very poor here comparable to other companies.
