Sir/Madam, I bought one Cygnus Ray ZR scooter from Future Bikes, Haibargaon, Nagaon, Assam on dated 20th March, 2021 and it's been a year now the RC (Registration Certificate) copy of the vehicle is not delivered to me by the Dealer or sent to me by post. I have inquired several times regarding the issue and also approached the Manage and even the Owner of the Dealer, but every time they either don't show any interest to take my complaint or simply try to avoid by citing some stupid replies. As a service provider of a reputed Motor Brand worlwide, it is your duty to provide the customer with all the mandatory services one pay for.
