Good Afternoon, Iam Naveen Raj M i took a vehicle R15 on 09/07/2021 from Bikerz located at Chennai Chrompet. The problem is this dealership collecting additional charges from me arround Rs.2500/-. When i cross check my statement of account which is given by the dealer there is some mishandling happen and i check and visited 7 more times still there is no reply from their end. And Would i like to inform u that 'They are doing and talking similarly same" Now they are telling a story and confused me. Finally i tell u onething " I Trust Yamaha that's y i choose and taken yamaha. Pls resolve as soon as possible and revert me.
Note : differant type statement given by sales team & accounts team im not satistied.
