[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Saluto bike service delay | |||
Dear sir, I Ravi Ranjan Jha, have given my bike to Gupta motors Bikaner service center for repairing some parts on 22.03.2017, Rajasthan, which demaged in accident, there was insurance coverage, insurance company made their survey on 22.03.2017 itself. Today is 25.03.2017 there is no progress in repairing, when I called the person attends servicing, what I got reply is that they are not having parts available at store which to be changed, now they are telling it will take 8-10 days from today onwards, Sir I need bike on urgent basis due to some problem, but they are not ready to hear. I got reply by them is not satisfactory. So I request you to please make an arrangement to get the bike repaired at the earliest. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
