[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — samukh motors in medavakkam chennai. - lost my original aadhar card and misspelled my last mane in the invoice and insurance | |||
Hi, To whom so ever this may reach to... I recently bought a yamaha alpha from samukth motors in medavakkam chennai. The asked me to submit mu original aadhar card for vehicle registration purpose, at the time of delivery on 19th jan 2019 when i asked for my aadhar card, the showroom people said that they have in another file and will return it to me the next day. But when i asked them the next day they very coolly said that they have lost it and asked me to get another copy by myself. Adding to this they have also misspelled my last name on the invoice and as well as the insurance. Today it has been 5 days (24/01/2019) there is no communication from the showroom. When i called them today they said that the insurance company server i dead across the country and they are still waiting foe the server to be up and running. (I wonder how on earth this can happen!!! Is the insurance company in such a bad state that they cannot get their server up and running if its a nationwide issue?) Regards, Frank.
