[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — scooty alpha | |||
This is a complaint on a manufacturing defect on alpha model scooty. The glass on the meter board is coated with some opaque material which is not coming off. While purchase sales had said it was plastic cover that would come off. The service center says its a manufacturing defect and will need to replace the whole unit with the cost borne by me. I had bought the scooty in oct 2014 and had complained about it on every servicing thereafter but the service center did not change it. The service center is - vip park, narayantala (West), prafulla kanan, kestopur, kolkata - 700059. Your kind assistance in this regards would be greatly appreciated.
