I had placed an order for a bike seat cover costing Rs.725 on the official site: https://www.yamaha-motor-india.com/yamaha-virtualstore.html. After placing the order I received an email notification stating the order is confirmed and the product can be collected from the following showroom: Sawhney Yamaha, K-24, Ground Floor, Rajapuri, Main Road Palam Khata No.107/10, New Delhi, Delhi 110059.
When I visited the showroom, I was told that they can see the order however the payment has not yet credited to their account.
I contacted customer support immediately to register a complaint with complaint no. 53748 but no resolution has been provided and I have been repeatedly told that the issue will get resolved in 48hrs. Till today when I checked with the showroom, Im again told they have not received the money. I feel cheated and scammed by this whole episode and lack of support and due diligence for resolving a complaint is unacceptable. I thereby request a refund of the amount due to deficiency in their service.
