[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — service billing issue | |||||
Hi this is gaurav, i'm from sonipat haryana, I love yamaha & i'm a big fan of R15 as also i'm using this.. I used to go for service my bike regulary from when i bought it but now a days the yamaha service centre from sonipat has been shuted, so i serviced my bike on 26 july 2018 from yamaha workshop Safiyabad road, Narela because it is near from sonipat, On service centre an receptionist Ma'am gave me an manual bill of 1515 Rs.& said that online billing is not possible at that moment, we'll send you the bill tommorow, in which she includes E.oil for 405rs, Oil Filter for 160rs, Shiner for 50rs, Chain spray for 150 rs, Air filter for 300 rs Disc brake oil for 50 rs Labour charges for 400 rs. Total:-1515 rs. I paid the money there they return my bike after serviced without using chain lube or chain spray, i came out from there & gone back there again for chain lube they said, Oooh.!! We forgot sir.!! Then after took chain lube treatment to bike i came back to home from there, now after 2 days of servicing i called them for 3 times for online bill, then they send it on30th july after 4 days of servicing, they send me the bill of private firm of Oswal Auto Azadpur, that bill seems to be like totally fake as i had never saw that much stupidity in billing from the name like yamaha, It was without Name, Kms & without chassis no. & the billing was for only 1445 Rs. I'm very upset to see such things from yamaha, This is the top most company in world & these stupid peoples ### the company status badly, please improve this system For love & trust in yamaha, Was this information helpful? | |||||
