[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — service center changing parts

Service centers changing parts. I had a shocking experience with Yamaha service center at Pacer Yamaha Ballary road, Hebbal.
My one 1.5 yrs fascino battery was claimed dead and that I need to pay for a new one. Only after buying a new one did I notice the serial number and vehicle number of old one wasn't matching with my old guarantee card. It wasn't mine. The showroom guys weren't ready to accept it and we're blaming me for changing it which I had to fight back after which they got me a new battery accepting that they were not able to find my new one and can't pay for new one which I bought.
They didn't apologize but gave it to me as if they were doing me a favor and as if to get rid off me. I have an extra battery now to shelf.
Earlier to this they did the same with tyres which got worn out at 18000 kms and rims which they claimed bent. I had to get rims fixed with them. Although spooky to accept for a lady doctor maintaining the vehicle with slow steady rides only for her 8km ride to clinic that they got bent.
Sad that this puts such a bad impression about the brand. After owning three Yamahas, I have to think twice now before I go for Yamaha, considering after service capabilities..
Yamaha... time to keep up to your brand value...

I've purchased my bike in Aug 2018 from VRB borivali and till date there is issue with handle. Thought I've visited so many time to service centre but still it has same problem. Now it is difficult to ride coz handle got stuck sometimes. It is really dangerous to ride. From day 1 to till date it has issue.
