Worst Customer Service
TL: DR
I gave my bike for service and after a month, I haven't got my bike back, neither will I get any warranty from Yamaha. Their customer service is the worst and if you are planning to book your bikes through this dealership, please don't.

If you are reading this, please stay away from booking your bikes from this dealer. I don't want them to fool any more people and it would also be add a fair share to my philanthropy I guess.
So, I booked a Yamaha MT 15 from this dealer and guess what, I got it delivered after a month from the date that they promised when I transferred my funds. Their excuse was that it was stock counting date and as per this dealer, their stock counting goes on throughout the year. They continued to lie to me about this till I told them that I work in the audit field.
The following month, they did the first service and the details of which have not been updated to Yamaha website till date, which negates my chances of getting any warranty in future. I only got to know about this after calling Yamaha customer care, although tbh they are another useless bunch.
So coming to the matter, one day, almost after two months I guess, I couldn't start my bike and when checked, I found that the wiring harness have been destroyed by rats. There were four two wheelers kept at the same place, and guess what, only this bike was ruined.
So they took my bike back to their showroom, and for a week, there was no proper reply from them. Finally, I had to tell them that I would make someone of influence to call them that made them to do atleast something on their end.
That day, they told us that I won't be getting any warranty for this cause (they have promised me five year guarantee when I booked my bike with full cash). I said fine I'll call your senior officers and explain the situation and guess what, they told me that they can't provide his number. I mean, I didn't intentionally place rats in them, it's the fault of their design. This is the level of customer service you get here. The employees care about their senior officials only. You are treated very sweet till they get our money and after that, you will be treated like trash.
Eventually, I had no other way of knowing about the warranty, so I thought I would pay them the money. The next week, they told me that they have made the order and in normal cases, it'll be delivered in 14 days but it would come early, since it's placed as an emergency order. I called them each and everyday during this period, and they answered occasionally that everything will be fine and wait for 14 days. The answer that I got next week is that I have to wait for another 14 days and maybe another 14 days and so on. They don't talk with respect anymore. It's like I owe them something when it's actually the other way around. They also told me to use my bike with the old wiring kit, on which the indicators and horns does not work.
It's been a month since I gave my bike for service and I haven't got any warranty claim, I haven't got my bike and I haven't even got a proper reply from them.This has been a huge drain of my time, money and mental health. Anyone who took their time to read all this, thankyou and please don't book your bikes through this dealership (I wouldn't suggest this brand either but Idk other dealerships may be different).
