[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — service issue fz | |||
Hi, I am nithin sreenivas, i own a yamaha fz. I gave my bike for service at scarlet yamaha, mysore. I paid rs. 3600.00 for the service and took my bike. The the main issue for the fork was not resolved and the headlamp was pointing towards the sky (Before service this issue was not there). I came back after few days to the service center @ morning 10 am as per the confirmation i received from the showroom. They didn't even took my bike inside and made me wait for one hour. The reason they told me was, cleaning is going on inside. Since your working hours are from 9 to 9, this is not fair. If this is the way you are treating your customers you will loose your goodwill.
