[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Service not done but quoted bill. Fraud servicing.

This is Vijay from hyderabad. On 6-1-2022 I gave my yamaha fzs-fi v3 bike to the yamaha service center which is located in hyderabad at Pearl yamaha Y Junction service center. My service slot booking no was kuk_036 for fifth free service. I reached service center before 10 am. When technician came for inspecting my vehicle I told service technician regarding problems of my vehicle like clutch is loose and need to change engine oil and oil filter and also to check all the other needs which are required to do for general free service. They said everything will be checked and inform to me after the finish of service. I went back to my home after I handed over my bike to yamaha service center. They called me at evening 4.30 pm and said service had done and it's ready to pickup my vehicle. I went to service center to pickup vehicle. They quoted bill of Rs 716 /- for free service which including taxes of parts cost and consumable charges of Rs 80/- and GST too. I asked them if they changed engine oil and oil filter and also asked clutch wire which is loose at the time of before service. They said all the things had checked, engine oil and oil filter had changed and all the required needs which are needed to check in the general service inspection table had checked throughly. I said okay and came to home. After 2 days I notice that there is drastic change in my vehicles mileage. Before gave my vehicle to service it gave 50 kms around of mileage per 1 litre. But after servicing my vehicle pickup had changed a lot. I used to Rev more to accelerate my vehicle for moment. Before servicing I need to Rev much less to reach appropriate moment. And main thing is they didn't checked clutch. My clutch wire was in torn condition when I notice after 2 days of my service. If they checked it then how come it was torn.? With all this doubts I went to local service shop and told him to check whether if engine oil and oil filter had changed or not. Shockingly yamaha service center guys didn't changed anything. They didn't changed engine oil and oil filter too. Engine oil is black in colour. If they changed it then it will be red in colour as it is new engine oil. And I don't think so that within 2 days from service engine oil won't turn to black colour. They billed for new engine oil but not changed. And oil filter is in black colour in rugged and rusted condition. If it is new then it won't be like that. They also quoted bill for oil cleaner but didn't changed it. And also clutch wire is in torn condition. They also didn't checked all the required things which are needed to be checked in general inspection. If they checked then they need to top up my brake oil fluids which are at lower state but they didn't topup them and also air filter is filled with lots of mud. It was also not cleaned. They just washed my vehicle with water and quoted bill of Rs 716 and handed over it to me. I have all the proofs regarding this nonsense service done by yamaha service center. They are looting people's money in the name of trusted service. All the people like me trusting them by brand name "yamaha" and giving our hard earned own vehicle in their hands by paying them lots of money in the name of service but not getting proper service. This is my fifth service and I realised now that this guy's won't do anything rather than looting public money. Also thought that they done nothing before in other free services too. People really rely on the after sales service by seeing brand name but they are just playing with people's need and cashing money. All I want is need a proper service for the money they are looting. I need my every single penny I spent for the service back. And I also dodging complaint about yamaha service standards. I'm uploading all the bills, proofs and images which I took at the time of changing all the engine oil, oil filter, clutch wire, air filter at local service shop here for further investigation and inspection.
