Hi, Today (Jul 17, 2017) morning i have given my bike service after 3 months to cag (Sathy road, coimbatore - 12). The assure that will give on wednesday (Jul 19) but evening i received a call from the service supervisor that air filter, clutch oil rod, brake shoes, chain some nut & bolt we not available with them, so i[censored] get those then once we will proceed the service of those since they were not product available. I have given to the authorized service only then why it was not available? I ask him whether they started the service, he said "no" they i informed him stopped the work. Jul 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Also it has been a negative scenario. While questioned upon they mentioned GST was the reason because of which the parts are not available. Not sure if it's a Yamaha authorized service center, it might require stringent action to be taken against these type of issues. The service manager named guru from the branch met us but hardly had a discussion and left off abruptly stating service person would assist and the service person informed that we need to talk to the general manager regarding anything further. If it goes in iterations the purpose of service s lost. Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. This is Mrinmoy Chakraborty. I purchased Yahama FZS - 2GS6 (150CC) bike which Engine No. G3J3E0035179 & Chassis No. is ME1RG4424H0025144 from Tanushka Auto (Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129) on 16.05.2017.Till today I am not receive Registration No. & Blue Book of my bike.
I ask regularly for my bike Registration No. & Blue Book but they are giving excuses day after day. This is not tolerable at all. Is this your service which Yahama's authorised dealer provide. I am very unhappy with your service. Please look after this matter.
