[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Servicing denial | |||
Sir, this is to inform you that i had purchased a motorcycle with reg no. Br072q4299 on 11/2013 in the name of ravi kumar agrawal, from chandra automobiles laheriasarai darbhanga bihar. The dealer gave me extended warrranty and provided me with a free service date of 28/4/2017. Due to some reasons i cudnot go to the service centre on the given date. I went on 6/5/2017 for free servicing and the dealer straightforward denied of providing me the service. The owner had a very bad behaviour though. If this is the kind of behaviour we the costomers are supposed to face then iam sorry to say sir that this is a bad sign on your company.. Still my motorbike servicing is pending..
