[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Showroom dealings and service complaint | |||
Dear sir Recently I brought a new yamaha R15V3BS6 from SANTHOSH MOTORS, maithanam, varkala, thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, 695141 Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this yamaha showroom. The services and dealings are too bad. When ever we approach the service center with a complaint they will not solve the problem clearly, and suggesting to bring the veh once again, again and again. When I receiving the vehicle from showroom they agreed to finish the registration procedure. Its about reaching two month, I dont received my registration number.once I submitted the veh for chain maintenance they maid it worst using oil in it. When contacting manager mr. Unnikrishnan for registration process, he behaving so rudely. Such a bad experience that I had ever experienced. Is it the right way of servicing yamaha customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
