This mail is to make you aware of the service quality that you are delivering. I am sorry to say but the Yamaha services provided by you are not up to the mark and require immediate attention of the senior staff.
Since I was having my service due date for my Yamaha R15 bike, I approached Yamaha authorized service center in Chennai Guduvanchery(Vardhan Motors). Previous day itself I approached and asked whether can i get my bike for service tomorrow early morning. They said yes i ca get my bike for service tomorrow morning. Next day when I approached them early morning 9:30, to my surprise the representative who accepts the bike for service said "we cant service your bike today so bring it tomorrow and when i asked for the reason he said get lost we can't provide you service".
I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning waiting for your with your service representative. My impression of your company has been tarnished.
I trust this is not the way that your company wished to offer service with valued customers.
