I requested for service quote and time of service for my bike SS 125, after driving the vehicle he said some parts has to be changed and the service manager said we will arrange for spare parts then we will inform you about the service. After 10 days I called them for service request service manager said service parts will be ordered on pre payment I said ok what's the charge I will pay. The service manager said we will call you back with the details. After that no response totally 30 days gone like this without any response from service manager not attending calls. Then they said we got some parts you can come for service when I went there they showed some parts like clutch cable, break cable accelerator cable, chain sprocket, fork oil, fork seal. I asked with this how all my problem will get solved? They are saying if you have so many problem in your bike how do we know that? Service manager says Now only you are saying these problems are there how to repair that. I am wondering am i a bike mechanic to order spare parts what I need? During that time They didn't even come near my bike to check what it really need? They are saying change the spare parts we have now then we will see what to do? On what basis I should give my bike to this service centre? Without spare parts how they will repair my bike? Even yamaha is not helping me in for service. I already complained twice in yamaha portal but no reponse. Worst yamaha service. In my life again I won't do this blunder mistake of buying yamaha bike and suggest others to buy yamaha bike.
