[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — theft of spare parts and asked for more money without bills | |||
I have yamaha fzs few days back accident happened. I leave my bike in yamaha service center for repair. After 1 month work not started on my bike. Then some discussion with service team they promise to give me within 2 days. When they call me to inform about completion of work, i ask how much money to pay then service team replied only rs9500. When i asked for bill they gave me a bill of rs 4500. They lied and tried to take extra money. When i see my bike i full of anger they make bill of lots of parts but they didn't change those parts. They repair old parts and polish them, charging money for new parts. So bad service and trying to rob me. Plz tell me what should i do. Was this information helpful? | |||

It has been 5 months to purchase Yamaha FZS-FI bike from Parvati Yamaha Motors, Gaya, Bihar. still not received the RC book and Vehicle Number purchased on the name of MANISH KUMAR, Date of purchase: 28-09-17. I have visited DTO gaya also but they do not respond to common people.
