Yamaha Motor India — Unsatisfied service | |||
Today (21/1/2021) I went to authorize yahama service center & spare parts, VRB AUTOMOBILES YAMAHA, I requested a spare parts for my yamaha bike.they refused to give me a spare parts I required...they were saying like I will get the spare parts only If I will give them Labour chargers to fit that part in there service center only... Is it necessary to install the spare parts in there service center only if I buy a part from there shop..? I have a right to do anything of what I have been purchased.the company can't judge me what I have to do with the product I have been paid to it... I even they are not displaying the Labour charge...they are charging it according to them only without yamaha company norms... Was this information helpful? | |||
